Fused Glass Butterfly Vase

This hands-on glass workshop welcomes artists of all experience levels to create their own glass square inspired by monarch butterfly wing colors and patterns. You'll learn key techniques like scoring and cutting using sheet glass and frit, with plenty of guidance from instructor Stacy Gates. Closed-toe shoes are required, and finished pieces will be ready for pickup at SVAC approximately two weeks after the workshop.

Sew Fun: A Tote Workshop

In this hands-on workshop, you'll sew a sturdy, lined tote bag complete with an interior pocket, finished at a roomy 14 inches tall. A pattern and basic thread colors will be provided, and you'll need to bring fabric and interfacing with upcycled materials warmly encouraged.
